Olivier Touchard

Chairman

Olivier Touchard is a chartered accountant and has been Chairman of the firm since 2007. He is also a member of the European governance committee of the international network, LEA Global.

Sébastien Courbe

Managing Director

Sébastien Courbe is a chartered accountant and manages a team of 110 employees spread over three service lines dedicated to Consolidation and Reporting, Group Information Systems, and Controlling.

Jean-Christophe Lemière

Managing Director

Jean-Christophe Lemière manages the Banking-Insurance-Consulting department dedicated to this sector’s Accounting and Finance departments. Since 2016, he has also led the Accounting and Finance Assistance department.

Benoît Barthélémy

Partner Banking-Insurance-Consulting 

Benoît Barthélémy has 12 years of experience in the insurance auditing and consulting industry. His assignments have led him to work with a wide range of clients, from traditional insurers to brokers, to mutual insurers and social protection groups. His experience has enabled him to acquire multi-standard expertise in both life and non-life insurance, covering business, actuarial, and financial aspects.  

Matthieu Brongniart

Partner Consolidation & Reporting

Matthieu Brongniart is a chartered accountant and works on assignments in consolidation outsourcing and assistance for industrial and service groups. As an IFRS expert, he works on consulting assignments, particularly within the context of business-combination operations or the sale of business divisions, transitions to IFRS standards, or IPOs.

Olivier Carlier

Partner Consolidation & Reporting

Olivier Carlier specializes in preparing consolidated accounts under IFRS standards for listed groups. He works on assignments in outsourcing, assistance, and consulting for a portfolio of industrial, real estate, and service groups, in particular in business-combination assignments or IPOs.

Eric Chenailler

Partner International Business Services

Eric Chenailler is a chartered accountant and oversees accounting outsourcing assignments, mainly for non-core business subsidiaries and listed French groups, both industrial and banking groups (holdings, SPV portfolios, run-off activity, etc.). As a specialist in asset financing, he is in charge of the expertise and consulting offerings for finance companies.

Robert Filser

Partner Banking-Insurance-Consulting

Robert Filser has developed his expertise in operational consulting and assistance: regulatory and prudential regulation, controlling and data management, and financial reporting. He manages consulting and assistance assignments within finance departments in the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Alexis Gasto

Partner International Business Services

Alexis Gasto is a chartered accountant and assists subsidiaries of international groups in setting up and developing in France. He has a broad field of expertise that enables him to cover accounting, taxation, and reporting. He works with international clients in the Private Equity, Real Estate & Hospitality, and Service sectors.

Olivier Gentile

Partner Group Information Systems

Olivier Gentile coordinates a team of 25 consultants with dual competence in information systems and consolidation, specialists in integrating EPM/CPM solutions, acting within the framework of implementation projects, application maintenance, and training.

Chrystelle Héberlé

Partner Controlling & Consolidation

Chrystelle Héberlé is a chartered accountant and has a specialized master’s in “Strategy, Planning, and Control” (Université Paris IX Dauphine – Master 202) and a master’s in Accounting and Finance (MSTCF, Université Paris XII). She is in charge of business development and managing the Controlling department, composed of 40 consultants.

Gaëtan Lemaître

Partner Payroll & HRIS

In 2008, Gaétan Lemaître joined an accounting firm to launch and manage payroll outsourcing services. As National Director of the Payroll offering, he was in charge of developing and promoting HRIS, payroll management services, and social consultancy for 3 years.

Matthew Parry

Partner Group Information System

Matthew Parry specializes in change management for finance-function transformation projects in international environments and assists finance and accounting departments in implementing information systems, producing financial information, and internal control and audits.

Daniel Wickers

Partner Real Estate

Daniel Wickers is a sector specialist and manages a team of 35 employees to assist real estate businesses with their accounting management projects in the context of setting up acquisition and sale projects.

Jack Capps

Director Real Estate

Jack Capps is a chartered accountant and assists French and international real estate investment funds throughout the investment cycle (acquisition, operation, realization, and portfolio arbitrage). In particular, he has in-depth knowledge of specialized vehicles such as OPCIs, SIICs, and other FIAs.

Héloïse Hegy

Director Accounting & Finance Assistance

Within this department, Héloïse Hegy coordinates a wide range of actions relating to client satisfaction, carrying out assignments, employee follow-up, and recruitment. She works directly within a number of structures with a team of approximately 40 employees dedicated to this activity.

Guillaume Hubert

Partner Controlling & Performance Management

Guillaume Hubert holds a master’s in Corporate and Market Finance. He started his career in major companies before joining Primexis in 2014 to carry out controlling assignments in various sectors of activity. He mainly assists financial departments with performance management and operational consulting.

Katia Panaget

Director Consolidation & Reporting Group

Katia Panaget holds a master’s in Auditing, Controlling, and Accounting and started her career in consolidation with a major French dairy cooperative group before joining Primexis in 2015. She assists French and international groups in preparing their consolidated financial statements as well as with financial consulting assignments (Tax Reporting, IRFS Standards, ESEF Reporting, etc.).

Nadège Raviart Meunier

Partner Group Information System

Nadège Raviart Meunier holds a master’s from SKEMA Business School and joined Primexis in 2012 as a Manager in the Group Information Systems department. She specializes in integrating SAP EPM tools and project management, in particular within the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Nathalie Severin

Director Social & HR Consulting

Nathalie Severin holds a master’s in HR and has held several positions in international SMEs and mid-market companies. For more than 20 years, Nathalie has acquired a strong expertise in development, HR consulting, project management, and transformation.

Samuel Johan

Director Consolidation & Reporting

Samuel Johan holds a master’s from ESCEM School of Business and Management and started his career at Primexis in 2012 where he has steadily taken on more responsibility within the Consolidation & Reporting department. He works with large French and international groups and mid-market companies in every sector of activity with their outsourcing project management assignments.

Guillaume Levrat

Partner Accounting & Finance Assistance

Guillaume Levrat is a chartered accountant and holds a master’s in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IAE Grenoble. He manages the Accounting and Finance Assistance department, composed of 40 consultants. His expertise covers, in particular, accounting and tax outsourcing, operational assistance, and project management.
