Primexis Seminars : Focus on the Integration and New Senior Consultants seminars
On November 21 and 22, 70 Primexis employees and members of the Management team met together at Château de Méry sur Oise.
For the first time, the Promotion of the new senior consultants and the integration seminar were held at the same time in order to better unite employees around our firm’s values: the collective, efficiency, responsibility, ambition and customer proximity.
Over the course of a day and a half, the 35 new employees deepened their knowledge of the firm through several workshops. The first of them provided a general overview of the firm and its HR policyies and was led by our CEO Olivier Touchard.
The second part of the seminar focused on the different professions covered within the firm. New employees were thus able to discover all the firm’s professional services that were presented in 8 workshops, each led by a member of the management team in charge of the service line.
The 24 newly promoted employees attended a workshop on « Management and Behavioural Leadership ». Led by a specialized external trainer, this seminar is intended for senior consultants, newly promoted, to assist them in learning management techniques.
All the participants gathered together to share lunches and meals where they could socialize and get to know each other better.
