Primexis appoints two new partners and one new director

Primexis pursues its organic development by announcing the appointment of two new partners and one new director. As of January 1, 2025, Nadège Raviart Meunier and Guillaume Hubert have been promoted to Partner, and Samuel Johan now holds the position of Director.

These changes are in line with the implementation of Primexis’ 2024-2027 strategic plan, which aims to reinforce its position as a key partner for finance departments. They also reflect the firm’s determination to recognize the value of its internal talent and adapt to the challenges of an ever-changing market.

Nadège Raviart Meunier, Partner – Group Information Systems
Nadège holds a master’s degree from SKEMA Business School and joined Primexis in 2012 as a manager in the Group Information Systems Department. Before joining Primexis, she acquired considerable experience working for several large companies. Nadège specializes in integrating EPM tools and project management, particularly in the banking and insurance sectors.

Guillaume Hubert, Partner – Controlling and Performance Management
Guillaume has a master’s degree in Corporate and Market Finance and started his career in large companies before joining Primexis in 2014 to carry out controlling assignments in various sectors of activity. He assists finance departments  with their performance management optimization projects, and more specifically, organizational efficiency, rolling out high-performance tools, and process improvements. He has in-depth knowledge of Cash Reporting and Data Management issues.

Samuel Johan, Director – Consolidation & Reporting
Samuel holds a master’s degree from ESCEM School of Business and Management and started his career at Primexis in 2012 where he has steadily taken on more responsibility within the Consolidation & Reporting Department. He assists major groups and SMEs with their consolidation outsourcing projects and advises them on structuring operations, LBOs, and implementing IFRS.
