Benoît Barthélémy

Partner Banking-Insurance-Consulting

Benoît Barthélemy has 12 years of experience in the field of audit and insurance consulting. His interest in the Insurance sector, particularly its statistical and societal aspects, became clear from his earliest professional experiences.

His assignments have led him to work with a wide range of clients, from traditional insurers to brokers, as well as mutual insurance companies and social protection groups. His experience has enabled him to gain multi-standard expertise in both Life and Non-Life insurance, covering business, actuarial, and financial aspects.

In addition to his technical expertise, Benoît has also taken on responsibilities in human resource management. He has contributed to developing and building teams, while ensuring the well-being and professional growth of his colleagues.

Matthieu Brongniart

Partner Consolidation & Reporting

Matthieu Brongniart is a Chartered Accountant and joined Primexis in 1998 in the Accounting and Financial Assistance department before moving to the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2006. He began his career at Caderas Martin in 1995 in their Financial Audit department. Appointed Director of the Outsourcing department in 2013, Matthieu is a specialist in assignments assisting in the preparation of consolidated accounts.

He is in charge of a portfolio of outsourcing projects for the consolidation function under IFRS standards and using the SAP BFC tool. As an IFRS expert, he also assists with assignments related to business combination operations. He is also a trainer at Francis Lefebvre Formation on the subject of business combinations.

Jack Capps

Director Real Estate

Jack Capps is a Chartered Accountant and assists French and international real estate investment funds throughout the investment cycle: acquisition, operation, realization and portfolio arbitrage. Jack has extensive knowledge of specialized vehicles such as OPCIs, SIICs, and other FIAs.

Olivier Carlier

Partner Consolidation & Reporting

Olivier Carlier joined Primexis in 2006 as part of the Outsourcing service line of the Consolidation-Reporting-Controlling department to manage a client portfolio of large, listed and mid-market groups. Prior to joining Primexis, Olivier held the position of Head of Consolidation and Group Accounting at Grévin & Cie, after having held several senior positions for 10 years in the finance department of the Vossloh Cogifer group.

Olivier was appointed director of the CRC department in 2013. He specializes in the preparation of consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS standards for listed groups in various sectors of activity, particularly real estate. As an IFRS expert, he regularly works on consulting assignments related to business combination operations. Olivier is also a trainer at Francis Lefebvre Formation and for the master’s in Consolidation under IFRS standards at the University of Paris Dauphine.

Eric Chenailler

Partner International Business Services

Eric Chenailler is a Chartered Accountant and joined Primexis in 1988. Within the International Business Services department, he carries out numerous assignments, first in the field of social accounting and then in the field of consolidation and international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP). He primarily works with large French listed groups, in particular as an accounting director or consolidation manager, as well as on projects to implement new IFRS standards or integrated software for managing financial transactions.

Eric joined the International Business Services department in 2010 where he has developed accounting outsourcing assignments, mainly for non-core business subsidiaries, but often consolidated, and for listed French groups, both in industrial and banking sectors (holding companies, SPV portfolio, run-off activity, etc.). In this respect, he has developed skills in the field of asset financing.

Sébastien Courbe

Managing Director

Sébastien Courbe is a Chartered Accountant and an EDC Paris Business School graduate who joined Primexis in 1995. Since 1998, he has specialized in consolidation and was appointed Partner of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2005. He now leads a team of 110 employees spread over three service lines dedicated to consolidation and reporting, integrating group information systems, and controlling.

Sébastien works in numerous sectors of activity (Industry, Services, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, and others) as well as for large groups and medium-sized businesses, listed or not. Since 2013, he has also carried out the role of Managing Director and is a member of the executive committee.

Robert Filser

Partner Banking-Insurance-Consulting

Robert Filser has a post-graduate degree in Organizational Sciences from Paris IX Dauphine and joined Primexis as a Director in 2014. He began his career in investment banking at Worms and then at BNP Paribas (Group Finance). He then moved into consulting, first at Altran and then at Mazars, before joining Primexis.

At Primexis, Robert has developed expertise in operational consulting and business support (accounting and prudential regulations, controlling and data management, and financial reporting). He manages consulting and assistance assignments for financial departments in the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Alexis Gasto

Partner International Business Services

Alexis Gasto is a Chartered Accountant with a master’s in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IAE Toulouse and joined Primexis in 2020 as a Partner. Within the International Business Services department, Alexis assists international groups’ subsidiaries from their incorporation to their development in France.

Before joining Primexis, Alexis started at an international Big Four in 2000 in the Private Equity, Services, Hospitality and Real Estate sectors where he was involved in organization, transactions, accounting, taxation, and reporting.

He deals with complex issues such as the implementation and day-to-day management of outsourced accounting platforms (Finance BPO), reorganization or restructuring related to an acquisition or spin-off, and the assistance and improvement of accounting production work and related procedures. Alexis has recognized expertise in the valuation of real estate companies for transactional or financial communication purposes (EPRA & INREV standards) and also has expertise in specialized vehicles such as OPCI, SIIC, and other FIAs.

Olivier Gentile

Partner Group Information Systems

Olivier Gentile holds a master’s in Finance and Management from Edhec Business School and joined the firm in 2005 to develop its expertise in Group Information Systems and particularly SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools. He began his career in 1999 with one of the leaders in financial protection and then in a consulting firm as a consultant in implementation and consolidation. A specialist in consolidating and implementing reporting tools challenges, Olivier was appointed as Partner of the Information Systems Integration service as part of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in January 2016.

Olivier coordinates a team of 25 consultants with dual competence in information systems and consolidation, specialists in integrating EPM/CPM solutions, working within the framework of implementation projects, application maintenance work, and training on SAP Financial Consolidation and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management tools.

Chrystelle Héberlé

Partner Controlling & Consolidation

Chrystelle Héberlé is a Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s in ”Strategy, Planning, and Control (University Paris IX Dauphine – Master 202) and a master’s in Accounting and Finance (MSTCF, University Paris XII). She joined Primexis in 1996. She first began working within the Accounting and Finance Assistance department before joining the Accounting Services department and then specialized in Consolidation and Reporting in 2000.

In 2012, Chrystelle was appointed director of the Reporting, Consolidation, and Controlling (CRS) department and works with numerous large, listed companies in all sectors of activity. Since 2015, she has also led a new service line in the department dedicated to Controlling. She became a Partner in 2017.

Héloïse Hegy

Director Accounting and Finance Assistance

Within this department, Héloïse Hegy coordinates all actions relating to client satisfaction, carrying out assignments, employee follow-up, and recruitment. She works directly with a number of structures with a team of approximately 40 employees dedicated to this activity.

Guillaume Hubert

Partner Controlling & Performance Management

Guillaume Hubert holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Market Finance and started his career in major companies before joining Primexis in 2014 to carry out controlling assignments in various sectors of activity. He mainly assists financial departments in performance management and operational consulting. He has an in-depth knowledge of Reporting and Cash Management.

Samuel Johan

Director Consolidation & Reporting

Samuel Johan holds a master’s degree from ESCEM School of Business and Management and started his career at Primexis in 2012 where he has steadily taken on more responsibility within the Consolidation and Reporting department. He assists major French and international groups and mid-market companies in every sector of activity, in particular, in managing their outsourcing projects. He also carries out consulting assignments on structuring operations, LBOs, and implementing IFRS standards.

Gaétan Lemaître

Partner Payroll & HRIS

Gaëtan Lemaître is a specialist in Payroll and Human Resources process optimization projects and HRIS consulting. Focused on developing service offerings to meet the many challenges Payroll and HR Managers face, he has particularly dealt with managing a payroll team, managing an SSC, or implementing certifications.

In 2008, Gaëtan Lemaître joined a major audit firm to launch and manage payroll outsourcing services. For 3 years, as National Director of Payroll Services,  he was responsible for developing and promoting HRIS, payroll management services, and social consulting.

Jean-Christophe Lemière

Managing Director

Jean-Christophe Lemière joined Primexis in 1995. During his time within the firm, he quickly specialized in assistance assignments on behalf of the Finance and Accounting departments of major groups. He became a Partner of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2006 and was appointed Managing Director of the firm. In particular, he leads assistance assignments in consolidation and assistance assignments to transfer to IAS/IFRS standards for major French groups.

In 2010, Jean-Christophe became the head of the Banking-Insurance-Consulting department in order to provide dedicated assistance to the Finance and Accounting departments in this sector. Since 2016, he has also led the Accounting and Finance Assistance department.

Guillaume Levrat

Partner Accounting & Finance Assistance

Guillaume Levrat is a Chartered Accountant and holder of a master’s in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IAE Grenoble. He joined Primexis in 2023. With 16 years of experience, he possesses strong expertise in supporting Finance and Accounting departments for both national and international clients.

Guillaume’s areas of expertise include accounting and tax outsourcing, operational support, and project management.

Katia Panaget

Director Consolidation & Reporting

Katia Panaget holds a master’s in Audit, Controlling, and Accounting and began her career in consolidation at a large French dairy cooperative group before joining Primexis in 2015. Since then, she has assisted both national and international groups in preparing their consolidated financial statements as well as with operational consulting assignments (Tax reporting, IFRS Standards, ESEF Reporting, etc.). Katia has also developed extensive expertise in the Real Estate sector (property development and real estate companies).

Matthew Parry

Partner Group Information Systems

Matthew Parry holds a master’s in Financial Management and an MBA from IAE Aix en Provence and joined the Group Information Systems department in 2014 as a Director. After starting his career in the Consolidation and Reporting departments of the Big Four, he then joined a specialist consulting firm working on integrating consolidation and reporting systems in order to develop his software expertise, whether related to implementation or project management assistance.

A specialist in change management for transformation projects related to the finance function of international environments, Matthew assists Accounting and Finance departments within the context of implementing systems, producing financial information, reviewing processes, and helping to bring internal controls and system audits into compliance.

Nadège Raviart Meunier 

Partner Group Information Systems

Nadège Raviart Meunier holds a master’s degree from SKEMA Business School and joined Primexis in 2012 as a Manager. She began her career in the subsidiary of a major French insurance group. After a stint in a consulting firm, she continued her career in a French CAC 40 multinational as a functional administrator. Nadège then joined Primexis and was responsible for implementing and maintaining the statutory and regulatory consolidation tool for a major French bank. 

As Partner of the Group Information Systems department, Nadège specializes in integrating SAP EPM tools and project management, mainly in the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Nathalie Severin

Director Social & HR Consulting

Nathalie Severin holds a master’s in HR and has held several positions in international SMEs and mid-market companies. She has a wide range of skills that allow her to cover the different areas of the HR function and to make the link between strategy and operational assistance. For more than 20 years, Nathalie has acquired strong expertise in development, HR consulting, project management, and transformation assignments.

Olivier Touchard

Chairman

Olivier Touchard is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Poitiers (master’s in Accounting and Finance) and joined Primexis in 1988. He helped create the Consolidation department, which he has led for a number of years. As the head of this department, he is in charge of consolidation and accounting and finance assistance assignments for major international groups.

He then became a Partner of the firm in 1998, Managing Director in 2002, and Chairman of the Board in 2007. He essentially manages consolidated accounts preparation assignments under IFRS standards and advises on Group Information Systems for numerous key accounts. He is a member of the European governance committee of the international network, LEA Global.

Daniel Wickers

Partner Real Estate

Daniel Wickers holds a master’s in Accounting and Finance and began his career at Primexis in 1996 in the Accounting department. After a stint in the Accounting and Finance Assistance department, he took part in developing accounting outsourcing for major groups. In 2002, he became a Manager in the new Real Estate department. During the year 2006, he contributed to the work that made Primexis the first French firm to achieve the SSAE18 – ISAE 3402 certification.

Daniel was appointed as Partner in January 2015 and now supervises a team of 30 employees and contributes to developing the department’s activity, particularly with French and foreign real estate investment funds. A recognized specialist among Real Estate players, he regularly works in an advisory role on specific and complex real estate operations.

Each year, Daniel takes part in the major real estate events, including MIPIM and SIMI, which bring together the sector’s leading players. Of French British origin, he is also one of the leading partners in the international network, LEA Global, helping to respond to the challenges foreign groups face.
