Benoît Barthélémy

Partner

Benoît Barthélemy has 12 years of experience in the field of audit and insurance consulting. His interest in the insurance sector, particularly its statistical and societal aspects, became clear from his earliest professional experiences.
His assignments have led him to work with a wide range of clients, from traditional insurers to brokers, as well as mutual insurance companies and social protection groups. This experience has enabled him to gain multi-standard expertise in both Life and Non-Life insurance, covering business, actuarial, and financial aspects.

Beyond his technical expertise, Benoît has also taken on responsibilities in human resource management. He has contributed to the development and building of teams, while ensuring the well-being and professional growth of his colleagues.

Matthieu Brongniart

Partner

Matthieu Brongniart is a Chartered Accountant who joined Primexis in 1998 in the Accounting and Financial Assistance department before moving on to the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2006. He began his career at Caderas Martin in 1995 in their Financial Audit department.

Appointed Director in the Outsourcing service line in 2013, Matthieu Brongniart is a specialist in assignments to assist in the preparation of consolidated accounts. He is in charge of a portfolio of outsourcing projects for the consolidation function under IFRS standards and using the SAP BFC tool. As an IFRS expert, he also works on assignments related to business mergers. He is also a trainer at Francis Lefebvre Formation on the subject of business combinations.

Jack Capps

Real Estate Director

Jack Capps, a certified public accountant, assists French and international real estate investment funds throughout the investment cycle: acquisition, operation, realization and portfolio arbitrage. Jack has extensive knowledge of specialized vehicles such as OPCIs, SIICs and other FIAs.

Olivier Carlier

Partner

Olivier Carlier joined Primexis in 2006 as part of the Outsourcing service line of the Consolidation Reporting Controlling department to manage a client portfolio of large listed and mid-sized groups. Prior to joining Primexis, Olivier Carlier held the position of Head of Consolidation and Group Accounting at Grévin & Cie, after having held several positions of responsibility for 10 years in the finance department of the Vossloh Cogifer group.

Appointed Director in the Primexis CRC department in 2013, Olivier Carlier specializes in the preparation of consolidated accounts in accordance to IFRS standards for listed groups in various sectors of activity, particularly real estate. As an IFRS expert, he regularly works on consulting assignments related to business mergers. He is also a trainer for Francis Lefebvre Formation and for the Master’s degree in Consolidation under IFRS at the University of Paris Dauphine.

Eric Chenailler

Partner

A Chartered Accountant, Eric Chenailler joined Primexis in 1988. Within the Accounting and Financial Assistance department, he carried out numerous assignments, first in the field of social accounting, then in the field of consolidation and international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP). He primarily works for large French listed groups, in particular as an accounting director or consolidation manager, as well as on projects to implement new IFRS standards or integrated software for managing financial transactions.

He joined the Accounting/International Business Services department in 2010 where he developed accounting outsourcing assignments, mainly for non-core business subsidiaries, but often consolidated, of French listed groups, both in industrial and banking areas (holding companies, SPV portfolio, run-off activity,…). In this respect, he is developing skills in the field of asset financing.

Sébastien Courbe

Managing Director, Partner

A chartered accountant and a graduate of the EDC Paris Business School, Sébastien Courbe joined Primexis in 1995. Since 1998 he has specialized in consolidation and was appointed partner in charge of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2005.

Sébastien Courbe now runs a team of 80 employees spread over three service lines dedicated to consolidation and reporting, to the integration of group information systems and to management control. He works in numerous sectors of activity (industry, services, banking, insurance, real estate and others) as well as for large groups and medium-sized businesses, listed or not. Since 2013, Sébastien has also carried out the role of General Manager and is a member of the steering committee.

Robert Filser

Partner

A graduate in Organizational Sciences from Paris IX Dauphine, Robert Filser joined Primexis as a Director in 2014. He began his career in investment banking, at Worms, then at BNP Paribas (Group Finance). He then moved into Consulting, first at Altran and then at Mazars before joining Primexis. At Primexis, Robert Filser has developed expertise in operational consulting and business support (accounting and prudential regulations, management control and data management, financial reporting).

He manages consulting and assistance assignments for financial departments in the banking and insurance sectors.

Alexis Gasto

Partner

A Chartered Accountant with a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit from IAE Toulouse, Alexis Gasto joined Primexis in 2020 as a Partner. Partner within the International Business Services department, Alexis assists International groups subsidiaries from their incorporation to their development in France. Alexis provides Corporate & Fund Services.

Prior to joining Primexis, Alexis worked as from 2009 with an international client in the Private Equity , services, hospitality and real estate market segments, where he was involved in organization, transactions, accounting, tax and reporting issues. He deals with complex issues such as the implementation and day-to-day management of outsourced accounting platforms (Finance BPO), reorganization or restructuring related to an acquisition or spin-off, and the support and improvement of accounting production work and related procedures.

Alexis has recognized expertise in the valuation of real estate companies for transactional or financial communication purposes (EPRA & INREV standards) and also has expertise in specialized vehicles such as OPCI, SIIC and other FIAs.

Olivier Gentile

Partner

Holder of a Master’s in Finance and Management from the Edhec Business School, Olivier Gentile joined the firm in 2005 to develop the its expertise in group information systems, and particularly SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools. He began his career in 1999 at one of the leaders in financial protection and then in a consulting firm as a consultant in implementation and consolidation. A specialist in the challenges of consolidating and implementing reporting tools, Olivier Gentile was appointed a Partner of the information systems integration service as part of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in January 2016.

Olivier coordinates a team of 25 consultants with the dual competence of information systems and consolidation, specialists in integrating EPM/CPM solutions, intervening within the framework of implementation projects, application maintenance work and training on SAP Financial Consolidation and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management tools.

Chrystelle Héberlé

Partner

A chartered accountant and holder of a postgraduate diploma in “Stratégie, Planification, contrôle de l’entreprise” (strategy, planning and business supervision – University Paris IX Dauphine – Master 202) and a master’s in accounting and Finance (MSTCF, University Paris XII), Chrystelle Héberlé joined Primexis in 1996. She first began working within the Accounting and Finance Assistance department before joining the Accounting department and then specializing in consolidation and reporting in 2000.

In 2012, Chrystelle Heberlé was appointed director within the Reporting, Consolidation and Control department and supported numerous large companies in all business sectors. Since 2015, she has also led a new service line in the department dedicated to management control. Chrystelle Heberlé became a partner in 2017.

Héloïse Hegy

Director of Accounting and Financial Assistance

Within this department, Héloïse Hegy coordinates all actions relating to client satisfaction, the completion of assignments, employee follow-up and recruitment. She works directly with numerous organizations with a team of about forty employees dedicated to this activity.

Guillaume Hubert

Controlling Director

Guillaume Hubert holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Market Finance. He mainly assists financial departments in performance management and operational consulting. He has an in-depth knowledge of reporting and cash management issues.

Gaétan Lemaître

Partner

Gaëtan Lemaître is a specialist in Payroll and Human Resources process optimization projects and SIRH consulting. Focused on the development of service offerings to meet the many challenges of Payroll and HR Managers, he has particularly dealt with the management of a payroll team, the management of an SSC and/or the achievement and implementation of certification.

In 2008, Gaëtan Lemaître joined a major audit firm to launch and manage payroll outsourcing services. As National Director of the Payroll Services, for 3 years he oversaw the assignments of development and promotion of the SIRH and payroll management services and social consulting.

Jean-Christophe Lemière

Managing Director, Partner

Jean-Christophe Lemière joined Primexis in 1995. During his time within the firm, he quickly specialized in support assignments on behalf of the finance and accounting departments of major groups. Jean-Christophe became a Partner of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2006 and was appointed General Manager of the firm. In particular, he leads support assignments in consolidation and those supporting the transfer to IAS/IFRS standards for major French groups.

In 2010, he became the director of the Banking-Insurance – Consulting department in order to provide dedicated support to the finance and accounting departments of this sector. Since 2016, he has also led the Finance and Accounting Assistance department.

Guillaume Levrat

Partner

Chartered Accountant and holder of a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IAE Grenoble, Guillaume Levrat joined Primexis in 2023. With 16 years of experience, he possesses strong expertise in supporting financial and accounting departments for both national and international clients.

His areas of expertise include accounting and tax outsourcing, operational support, and project management.

Katia Panaget

Group Consolidation & Reporting Director

With a Master’s degree in Audit, Management Control, and Accounting, Katia Panaget began her career in consolidation at a large French dairy cooperative group before joining Primexis in 2015. Since then, she has supported both national and international groups in the preparation of their consolidated financial statements as well as in operational consulting assignments (Tax reporting, IFRS standards, ESEF reporting, etc.). Katia has also developed extensive expertise in the real estate sector (property development and real estate companies).

Matthew Parry

Partner

Holder of a Master 2 in International Financial Management and an MBA from the IAE Graduate School of Management in Aix en Provence, Matthew Parry joined the group information-systems integration division in 2014 as a Director. After starting his career in the Consolidation and Reporting departments of the Big 4, he then joined a specialist consulting firm working on the integration of consolidation and reporting systems in order to develop his software expertise, whether related to implementation or project-management assistance.

A specialist in change management for transformation projects related to the finance function of international environments, Matthew Parry supports accounting and finance departments within the context of implementing systems, assists the production of financial information, reviews processes and helps to bring internal controls and system audits into compliance.

Nadège Raviart 

Group Information Systems Director

Nadège Raviart holds a Master’s degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille (SKEMA) and joined Primexis in 2012 as a Manager. She began her career in the subsidiary of a major French insurance group. After a stint in a consulting firm, she continued her career in a French CAC 40 multinational as a functional administrator. Nadège then joined Primexis and was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the statutory and regulatory consolidation tool for a major French bank. 

As Director of the Group Information Systems division, Nadège specializes in the integration of SAP EPM tools and project management, mainly in the banking and insurance sectors.

Nathalie Severin

Director of the Social and HR Consulting Division

Nathalie Severin holds a Master’s degree in HR and has held several positions in international SMEs and ETIs. She has a wide range of skills that allow her to cover the different areas of the HR function and to make the link between strategy and operational support. For more than 20 years, Nathalie has acquired a strong expertise in development, HR consulting, project management and transformation.

Olivier Touchard

President, Partner

A chartered accountant and graduate of the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Poitiers (Master’s in Accounting and Finance), Olivier Touchard joined Primexis in 1988. He helped to create the consolidation department which he has led for a number of years. The head of this department, he is in charge of consolidation and accounting and finance-assistance assignments for major international groups. He then became a Partner of the firm in 1998, General Manager in 2002 and Chairman of the Board in 2007.

He essentially manages consolidated-accounts preparation assignments under IFRS standards and advises on group information systems for numerous key accounts. He is a member of the European governance committee of the network LEA Global.

Daniel Wickers

Partner

Holder of a Master’s in Accounting and Finance, Daniel Wickers began his career at Primexis in 1996 within the Accounting department. After working for the Accounting and Finance Assistance department, he took part in developing outsourced accounting for major groups. In 2002, he became the Manager of the new Real-Estate department.

During the year 2006, he contributed to work which made Primexis the first French firm to achieve SSAE18– ISAE 3402 certification. Appointed Partner in January 2015, Daniel Wickers supervises a team of 30 employees and contributes to developing the department’s activity, particularly with French and foreign real-estate investment funds. A recognized specialist among real-estate players, he regularly works in an advisory role on specific and complex real-estate operations.

Each year, Daniel Wickers takes part in the main real-estate exhibitions, including MIPIM and SIMI which bring together the sector’s leading players. Of French-British origin, Daniel Wickers is also one of the leading partners on the LEA international network, helping to respond to the challenges of foreign groups.
