Could you briefly introduce Shoes For Crews?

Since its establishment in 2001 in Shannon, Ireland, Shoes For Crews (Europe) Ltd. has been a trusted name in slip-resistant footwear across the European market. As part of the American-founded Shoes For Crews, which began its journey in 1984, our European branch combines global expertise with local insight to meet the unique needs of professionals throughout Europe.

What challenges were you facing before working with Primexis?

Our main challenge was complying with French occupational health regulations. Without a registered office in France and with employees spread across the country, it was extremely difficult to find French occupational health centers willing to collaborate with an international company. Furthermore, the differences in administrative processes between countries added another layer of complexity to the situation.

Why was it important to implement occupational health services for your employees?


Ensuring compliance with French labor regulations was a top priority, but beyond that, we felt a strong responsibility to care for our employees’ health and well-being. This initiative aligned with our broader corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, which focus on employee safety and welfare. Providing consistent access to occupational health services was a vital part of demonstrating our commitment to our employees.
