Could you introduce yourself and Oodrive?
Aline Nivaud, Oodrive Group Director of Human Resources. Oodrive is a software publisher specializing in secure collaborative solutions. What were the main challenges your teams faced before working with Primexis?
Our payroll was historically outsourced, which meant a lack of control over essential elements, such as regulations, schedules, or even production. Every payroll cycle would require a full-time effort to collect and approve information without guaranteeing optimal flow of the process. We needed to regain control to secure and optimize our payroll management.
How did Primexis meet these challenges?
We decided to reinternalize our payroll management, and Primexis supported us in this transition. Thanks to their expertise and implementation Silae solution, as a SaaS, we were able to find our autonomy again and regain control of our payroll.
Can you describe the organization of the project with Primexis?
Primexis provided us with a dedicated team of experts. Together, we worked on securing the processes, interfacing with our HRIS, applying payroll regulations, and complying with security constraints. They helped us with every step, from drawing up the specifications to collecting the data. The first payroll processes were even carried out in collaboration with them, enabling us to tackle this transition with ease.

The project allowed us to increase our productivity, streamline data transmission, and improve the reliability of our processes. Full interfacing with our HRIS also made securing access for our finance and controlling teams easier, guaranteeing greater consistency and optimal monitoring.
