How Primexis helped Redevco update its occupational risk assessment

Could you briefly introduce Redevco and its activities?
Founded in 1999, Redevco France Services specializes in the management of real estate investments with activities in the business, office, residential, and retail park sectors. We are located in 6 European countries and have more than 300 employees.
Why did you decide to update your DUERP?
We decided to update our Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) in the interest of legal compliance and to strengthen our occupational risk prevention procedure. The DUERP must be reevaluated each year to meet the legal requirements on occupational health, and we deemed it essential to ensure that it is updated in compliance with the latest French regulations. This update was also a way for us to better structure and formalize our actions in terms of occupational health and safety.
What challenges did you encounter with managing your DUERP?
Before Primexis’ assistance, we faced many challenges. The lack of an HR unit dedicated to this task made it difficult to manage the DUERP independently and efficiently. In addition, with the required annual update, we realized that we lacked the specific skills to successfully carry out this revision in a timely and rigorous manner. We decided to enlist the help of a consulting firm specializing in social issues.

What results did you obtain after updating your DUERP?
Updating our DUERP has allowed us to create a very detailed picture of the actions already in place to ensure the health and safety of our employees. This has given us a clearer picture of our strengths as well as the areas needing improvement. Thanks to this reevaluation, we were able to focus our priorities in terms of risk prevention and define a structured action plan in the short, medium, and long term.
Did you face any difficulties during the process? If yes, how were they overcome?
We didn’t face any major difficulties during the process because the Primexis team helped us clearly identify prevention actions already in place and analyze the documentation provided. Their methodological approach allowed us to identify the various risks, qualify them, and define prevention plans adapted to every situation. Regular discussions with our team removed any ambiguity and allowed us to adjust the process as needed. Everything was handled efficiently and promptly.
How would you evaluate Primexis’ ability to adapt your company and sector?
Primexis demonstrated a great ability to adapt to the specifics of our company and sector. They organized site visits and interviews, specifically to gain a better understanding of the risks associated with our worksite activities. These visits and discussions allowed us to identify risks specific to our real estate sector, which would not have been easily identifiable without this on-site approach. This attention to the particularities of our company was a key factor in the success of DUERP update, and we particularly appreciated their consideration of our operational realities.
